I-80 Exits 20 and 21 – Goodbye Reno-Sparks
Sparks and Vista Boulevards are your remaining exits as you leave the Truckee Meadows Basin.
At Sparks Boulevard Exit 20, to the north of I-80 you will find the unmistakably large Scheels Sporting Goods store for some camping supplies, a Target, and several fast and sit-down restaurant options. To the south of I-80 you will find the Alamo Truck Stop for some final reasonably-priced gas, lodging, food, and showers.
At Vista Boulevard Exit 21, to the north is your last gas station and some fast-food options. Approximately 1 mile further down Vista Blvd, you will find at Prater Street, Northern Nevada Medical Center, your last 24/7 hospital before leaving for the playa. Further down Vista Boulevard about a mile you will find a Safeway supermarket and some other gas/food options.
